Pilates

Zoë studied Mat Pilates (Polestar, NZ) whilst working as an Osteopath in New Zealand after seeing how it could benefit so many of her patients. She views it as an extension and enhancement of Osteopathic treatment and aims to empower patients to increase understanding, control and strength within their bodies to help prevent reoccurrence of injuries and support healthy aging.

Clinical Pilates

One-to-one clinical pilates sessions are tailored specifically to your body and goals. The osteopathic perspective means Zoë can focus on problem areas of the body and make sure every exercise is safe and effective. This could mean supporting adaptations to a specific injury, recovery from surgery or working alongside medical conditions. You can do a one-off session, or a short course of sessions to prepare you for joining a class, or as specific rehab for an injury. Zoë has a pre and postnatal pilates qualification (APPI) and enjoys supporting safe exercise through this special but challenging time for your body.

Pilates Classes

Zoe teaches 2 pilates classes on Tuesday evenings at The Feel Good Hub, Bingley. It is a beautiful and welcoming space above Hedgehog Organics.

  • Tuesday 6-7pm: Pilates This is aimed at those with some prior Pilates experience.
  • Tuesday 7:15-8:15pm: Pilates for Beginners and Improvers.
